Updates Rolled Out!

You have probably noticed that many things have changed around here. Firstly, I got rid of the black theme I made for this website because some people didn’t like it, I know some of you will miss it but I’m sure everyone will like the current theme, K2. It’s got some really amazing features built into it and it’s clean.

Furthermore, I have also got rid of the poll, not many people used to vote so it was just there wasting space on the website. Also, when you post a comment you can have your own avatar, simply create an account at Gravatar and upload your avatar; when you want to leave a comment use the same Gravatar email address you registered with for your avatar to appear.

I’ve also added a new section to the website called Archives. You can browse through previous posts through the categories or date classification. I suggest you use the lovely Live Archive AJAX feature; it makes the navigation really friendly!

Finally, make sure you stay tuned; we’ve got some awesome album reviews coming very soon. Just keep checking back sometime next week (Or maybe this weekend), I will be adding the review section and we will already have some great reviews for you to read!

Update: The review section is fully functional!

I also liked the old style, but some people were having problems with it on IE and resolutions of 800×600 (I can’t believe they still use that!).

Anyways, I’ve got some great plans for EV, but I’m not saying anything yet. I’m sure most of you will like what it’s going to become :)

    Quite cool in here.

Haha mate, i still use 800×600 on this comp (not the other one in my basement), and I never had any problems with EV.

  5. Prashant Says:

    Shame on you, AJ!

Like the new layout. I too switched to K2 a little while ago because it is so clean and easy to use. Plus, it is easily expandable, using the k2 styles feature, so if you want to customize it you can.

    Good work. :)
